Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Generally, we process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends. Any order placed on a weekend will be processed the following business day (excluding public holidays). You will be contacted via email if there is any delay in your order.

Shipping Methods: (Contiguous US only) We use USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS as our shipping carriers. We do utilize different fulfillment centers across the USA to shorten shipping times, so orders are generally received a lot earlier than noted depending on where you live. Our shipping options are as follows:

  • Economy (5-8 business days)
  • UPS Ground (3-5 business days)
  • UPS 2-Day Air (2 business days)
  • UPS Next Day Air (1 business day)

Note: Hawaii, Alaska, and Armed Forces America (AA) – USPS Priority and UPS shipping options only.

PO Boxes: We currently do not ship to PO Boxes. Please use a physical address when placing your order.

Free Shipping: For orders over $99, we offer free standard shipping in the Contiguous US only.

Shipping Cost: We always offer flat rate shipping at $7.95 and free shipping for orders over $99 for any order. For other shipping options, costs are determined by the weight of the package and shipping location. To get estimated shipping costs, add the products you’re interested in to the shopping cart and go to the cart. You will then find a shipping estimator on the shopping cart page. Please note, due to the fact that large bulk orders that have an express shipping option (Standard Shipping, 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day Air) require larger packaging that our website shipping estimator doesn’t take account of, there may be additional shipping fees after the order is placed. You will be contacted if such fees are required to ship.

Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped out, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Your order information will also be updated in the account you created while checking out. Simply log in and click “Order History”. Occasionally, orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. For these items, a tracking number isn’t immediately available.

Returned/Refused Packages: If a package is refused or returned to us because of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee will be applied to reship the package. This fee is determined by the shipping method selected. This also includes orders that select free shipping. Our customer service team will contact you with the fee amount and payment information if applicable.
